Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at 098991 90993 or by email through our website globaldictionstudio.com. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but you may proceed with the return process once it is delivered.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for items that are damaged during transit or if the product received is different from what was ordered. Please note that we do not accept returns for minor differences in color or design, as our products are handmade and may have slight variations.

To initiate a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please send us an email with the following details:

• Order number
• A brief explanation for the return
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging

Once we review your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a quality check. If the return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
